Optional topic "Holly School Bees"

Bees and flowers and their golden treasure - HONEY

We will provide a home for three bee colonies at the local school NMS Hollenstein (NMS = New Middle School) .

In this optional activity, pupils will have the opportunity to learn about the life of bees and the fascinating production of honey.
Separate outdoor workshops called "Holly School Bees" will be held together with the ‘Hollenstein Beekeeper’s Association’ (Imkerverein Hollenstein), mainly under the supervision of Anton Jagersberger .
During this optional activity, the pupils learn about the life of bees and the fascinating production of honey.

Together with the Hollenstein Beekeeper’s Association, led by Anton Jagersberger, there will be a separate outdoor class called "Holly School Bees" starting in the coming school year 2020/21.

Whoever sows flowers has bees as useful guests.
